Functioning like the Board-Admin, the Staff Administration area has a few other built- in features. Certain users have the ability to send files or notices to specific individuals. Instead of uploading files to a monthly folder the user can choose a member and upload a file to them. When the recipient logs in they are now presented with the new files. You can choose from single or multiple recipients.
In addition, the Staff Admin can feature community directories (i.e) Product Manual, Policy Manual or Disaster Recovery Plan. These directories everyone has access too and can download files as needed. A white board is available for communicating and everything is recorded for archival purposes.
